Q. What is Playphone?

Playphone is a mobile subscription service. After you join, each week you will receive a message taking you to the Playphone mobisite where you can choose 6 Ringtones, Games, Videos or Graphics from the thousands of titles. The service is charged at £4.50 per week. Standard operator SMS/WAP/GPRS charges apply.

In December 2007 we increased the price of the service to £4.50. Customers who joined the £3 club will NOT be affected by this. If you are not sure which club you joined please call our customer service team on 0870 626 4745.

Q. How do I stop receiving messages on my phone?

Just text STOP to 62929 and you will no longer receive Playphone messages. You will be permanently removed from all our services. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us.

Q. I tried to download a ringtone but it didn't work. What do I do?

Just contact us and we'll resend your item straight to your mobile.
